This Homme House Wedding was a real joining of cultures in a true celebration for Eleanor and Neil.
When I first arrived at Homme House it was very apparent that the wonderful hosts wanted you to feel right at home. This was a feeling that really made for a relaxed day for the couple and guests alike. Eleanor and Neil had planned a day that represented both of their backgrounds and it ended up being a perfect mix. The day started very overcast and a bit wet. Sorry, I mentioned the weather in a blog post. That is so British! But it did go on to dry up and remain bright and warm, perfect for a trip up to the beautiful and quirky Summer house for photos.
So, this was a day of emotion, relaxing and dancing, with amazing energy.
Special mention to the two guys who made the amazing ‘naked cake’ and to the caterers for the very tasty Indian food. The sound system and dhol drum made sure you felt the music as much as heard it.
