If you’re looking for a romantic, quintessential British castle setting to make your wedding day really special, then I can highly recommend an Eastnor Castle wedding; the Herefordshire estate has a lake and the castle itself all the opulence and glamour you could wish for, providing some truly amazing backdrops for your wedding photography.
Victoria and Paul had not only come up trumps with the weather on their special day, but had the most wonderful surprise as a gift from her mother – a white horse-drawn carriage to transport them to and from nearby St. John the Baptist Church for their marriage service. My personal favourite though was the Land Rover Discovery off-road drive down to the far end of the lake on the estate to capture some truly memorable shots of the couple as part of the story of their day.
Paul was possibly the most laid-back groom I have met to date, leaving it until the very last minute to dress, undoubtedly due to his Caribbean heritage! I was able to capture some stunning shots of the beautiful Victoria in the castle’s turret tunnels, where the light was just perfect coming through her veil.
As ever the service and support from the staff at Eastnor Castle was brilliant. Make-up by artist Victoria Jones.
